In this tennis lesson, I discuss the biggest beginners’ mistake in the two handed backhand:
This mistake is common among beginning tennis players and if you don’t overcome this mistake, it is very difficult to have a smooth two handed backhand.
The good thing is it is easy to fix by understanding how the two handed backhand works and moving the correct part of the body.
I have also included an analysis showing Novak Djokovic’s two handed backhand at the end of the video.
So be sure to check out the video.
Keep on practicing the correcting two handed backhand.
Very soon, you will be able to hit a smooth and powerful backhand like the pros.
If you want to build a solid forehand technique where you are able to hit with massive topspin, great control and tremendous power, I have a great resource for you. I have launched my tennis forehand course, Unleash Your Forehand, where it is a step-by-by video course to help you build your tennis forehand technique. Simply click the link here to find out more.
